We are always excited to see the most prestigious two-wheeled championship in the world back in Great Britain. With Josh Whatley & Scott Ogden in Moto3 and Sam Lowes & Jake Dixon in Moto2, there are plenty of British riders to cheer on over the race weekend.
Check in at the Staverton Park Hotel is from 15:00, and check out on your final day is before 10:00. Breakfast is served from 07:00 each morning.
The restaurant opens for dinner from 18:30 with the last table booking at 20:45.

The coach is parked very close to EXIT 3 which leads into Park 22, this is located at the Woodcote end of the circuit. The pin is a rough guide for the coach parking location, when you arrive in the morning, please familiarise yourself with the surroundings and the location that the coach has parked in.
Our MST team member Leo will be on hand at the circuit and at the hotel over the weekend. He will also be accompanying the coach transfers, should you need anything. You can also contact us via the two telephone numbers at the foot of your information guide, should you need to.

If you are not at the coach pick up point by the stated departure time, and you have not made us aware you’re not taking the coach transfer (either in person to Leo, or via the telephone numbers at the foot of each page of this information guide), we will assume you will make your own way, which will be at your own cost.
IF THERE IS A DELAY WHICH RESULTS IN A SCHEDULE CHANGE TO QUALIFYING ON SATURDAY: the bus will leave the circuit 45 minutes after the qualifying track action finishes (i.e. 45 minutes after the flag is waved). If there is any extended or rolling delay without confirmed restart times that may affect the bus departure time, we will keep you updated via Leo and via the email and phone number we have on your booking.
IF THERE IS A DELAY WHICH RESULTS IN A SCHEDULE CHANGE TO THE RACE ON SUNDAY: the bus will leave the circuit 45 minutes after the MotoGP Race finishes (i.e. 45 minutes after the winner has crossed the line). If there is any extended or rolling delay without confirmed restart times that may affect the bus departure time, we will keep you updated via Leo and via the email and phone number we have on your booking.
If you have GENERAL ADMISSION tickets, then they include 3-day (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) access to the General Admission areas, as well as unreserved seating in selected grandstands (Hamilton Straight B, Abbey A, The View, Becketts, Woodcote A, Stowe C, Village A).
If you have a GRANDSTAND ticket, then they include reserved seating in your booked Grandstand on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, as well as access to all General Admission areas.
If you have PARC FERMÉ 2-DAY tickets, then breakfast will be served in your hospitality lounge from 09:00, lunch will be served from 12:00 and afternoon tea from 15:30. The bar will open at 11:00 on both days, with last orders at 17:30.
A smart casual dress code applies to all guests within Silverstone’s Hospitality areas. Jeans are permitted but must be smart in appearance with no rips, tears or bleaching.
All footwear should be clean and due to the location of the car parks we would suggest that guests wear suitable footwear, smart trainers are permitted. Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather. Team merchandise is permitted.
On Saturday night, join us for a relaxed, private buffet from 20:00 at the De Vere Staverton Estate.The function rooms are allocated on the day, so on Saturday, Leo will be able to inform you the location of the dinner.
There will be a selection of food available – if you have any allergy or dietary requirements, please let the De Vere staff know on arrival.
Security staff may conduct bag checks at the gates and, to ensure safety at the circuit, the following items are prohibited at the venue:
Bags over 20 litre capacity; glass bottles and glass containers; BBQs; restricted and illegal substance; offensive weapons; items that are deemed dangerous, offensive or unsuitable; drones or remote-controlled aircraft; step ladders or any similar item which may obstruct another attendees’ view; lasers, fireworks/pyrotechnics; any items which might be subject to ambush marketing; smoke canisters; tents and shelters; four-wheeled carry carts (doesn’t include those used to carry children, but must be empty at the gate); powered scooters (excluding disability scooters) / hover boards; electric cycles; bicycles; sun parasols; any item, which in the opinion of Silverstone Circuits Ltd, may be used for the purposes of protest within the venue, including but not limited to: flags, clothing, or any other item for the purpose of locking on.
Visitors will be permitted to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol into the venue for personal consumption. This will be limited to one bottle of wine (strictly no glass), 6 cans of beer (500ml), or 6 cans of premixed aperitifs per person. Bottles of spirits or fortified wines will not be allowed into the grounds.
