Please be ready and waiting 5 minutes before the stated departure time, as the coach will leave promptly. Do make sure you leave enough time to get from your grandstand to the coach.
On both days the coach will drop off and pick up in parking 2-3-4-5-6 which is located to the back of the Paddock area.
Breakfast opens at 07:00 on both mornings.
Our MST team member Veronica (Vero) will be on hand over the weekend. She will also be accompanying the circuit transfers, should you need anything. You can also contact us via the emergency telephone number at the foot of this information guide, if you need to.
Please remember a mask must be worn at all times during the circuit transfers.
If you are not at the coach by the stated departure time, and you have not made us aware you’re not taking the coach transfer (either in person to Vero, or via the emergency telephone number at the foot of

At The Circuit
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
You must complete an online check-in for the circuit before you enter the circuit – at the end of the registration process you will be issued with a QR code which must be shown at the circuit entrance, together with your ticket, in order to gain entry. Without this, you will not be able to enter the circuit. You can complete this using this link.
You must also wear an FFP2 Mask in order to gain entry.
You must also bring your NHS Covid Pass to the circuit and show this with your tickets and your registration QR code at the entrance. Without all three, you will not be able to enter the circuit.
Security staff may conduct bag and/or body checks at the gates.
We always recommend bringing tissues or wipes and hand sanitiser to all race circuits.
Visitors are not permitted to make/create/store/record or transmit any sound recording or audio visual footage of the event for any commercial purposes. Personal electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras or hand held personal communication devices are allowed as long as the images are for private, personal and non commercial use.
Attendance indicates consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as an attendee and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
By attending, you are agreeing to the circuit’s terms & conditions of entry.
Our Hints & Tips
TAXISÂ If you wish to travel at times other than our circuit transfer times, taxis are by far the easiest way to travel between the circuit and your hotel.
Taxis are metered and a tip isn’t expected but is always welcome. Always make sure you book an official taxi, which will have a ‘Taxi’ sign on the roof. Reception will be able to arrange a taxi for you should you need one.
GENERAL INFORMATIONÂ Italy is one hour ahead of the UK.
Most shops, hotels and restaurants accept debit and credit cards and contactless payments. The easiest way to obtain cash, should you need it, is via an ATM machine. Your hotel reception will also be able to exchange money if you need it.
Tipping isn’t expected but it is commonly practised. Many restaurants include a service charge within the price, and the menu will indicate this if it’s the case. If service charges are not included and you have had a good experience then you might like to leave a 10% tip.
The weather in April can be changeable – we recommend taking layers that you can add or take off as required, and do carry a waterproof to the circuit, just in case.
