Please be ready and waiting outside reception 5 minutes before the stated morning departure time, as the coach will leave promptly. At the end of each day, do make sure you leave enough time to get from your grandstand to the coach – we have left plenty of time as we appreciate it’s a bit of a walk.

Our MST team member Leo will be on hand over the weekend. He will also be accompanying the circuit transfers, should you need anything. You can also contact us via the emergency telephone number at the foot of this information guide, if you need to.

If you are not at the coach by the stated departure time, and you have not made us aware you’re not taking the coach transfer (either in person to Leo, or via the emergency telephone number at the foot of
this information guide), we will assume you will make your own way, which will be at your own cost.

You don’t require a voucher for your circuit transfers.

Circuit Bus Parking

The race organisers have confirmed the coach parking will be at the roundabout between Via Patarini and Via Lughese – this is around a 30 minute walk from the gates. We have allowed extra time for you to get to and from the coach.

We recommend that you open up your Maps app when you arrive at the circuit and drop a pin of the coach location so you can find it more easily at the end of each day.

Entry Gates

If you have Tribuna Rivazza tickets or Prato Rivazza tickets then you will enter at the gate at Via dei Colli.

If you have Tribuna Start/Partenza tickets then you will enter at the gate at the Dante Alighieri Bridge

If you have Prato Circolare tickets then you can enter at any gate.

Our Hints & Tips

TAXIS If you wish to travel at times other than our circuit transfer times, taxis are by far the easiest way to travel between the circuit and your hotel.

Taxis are metered and a tip isn’t expected but is always welcome. Always make sure you book an official taxi, which will have a ‘Taxi’ sign on the roof. Reception will be able to arrange a taxi for you should you need one.

GENERAL INFORMATION Italy is one hour ahead of the UK.

Most shops, hotels and restaurants accept debit and credit cards and contactless payments. The easiest way to obtain cash, should you need it, is via an ATM machine. Your hotel reception will also be able to exchange money if you need it.

Tipping isn’t expected but it is commonly practised. Many restaurants include a service charge within the price, and the menu will indicate this if it’s the case. If service charges are not included and you have had a good experience then you might like to leave a 10% tip.
